Step 1:  Initial Connection & Introduction

Reach out to learn about Wally’s mission, brand, and unique delivery-first model. Share your background and business aspirations with us. We’ll answer initial questions and explain how our recurring revenue and sustainable focus can fit your objectives.

Step 2: Learn the Wally’s Difference

Explore how Wally's eliminates complexity—no storefront, no kitchen, just your vehicle and a trusted product. Review the systems, training, and ongoing support you’ll receive, ensuring you’re set up for operational success. Obtain comprehensive insights into economics, fees, and what to expect as a Wally’s owner through our FDD.

Step 3: Meet the team

Once you’ve done your due diligence and are ready to get started, it’s time to attend a Discovery Day and meet our team. We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us.

Bring your questions. Meet our leadership team and other franchisees. Find out what makes our brand one of the best in the biz.

During Meet the Team day, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about the day-to-day flow, including territory management, local marketing, delivery logistics, and customer onboarding

  • Speak with existing franchise partners to get real-world insights on their experience, scaling routes, and building community relationships.

  • Connect with Wally’s executive team and see the passion behind our movement to reduce waste and deliver clean water.

Step 4: Territory, Training & Launch Prep

Once you’ve committed to Wally’s Bottled Water, the process is quite simple. You’ll lock in your exclusive franchise area—each is protected to maximize your growth potential.

Then it’s time to participate in hands-on and remote training covering delivery, customer service, marketing, and technology systems.

As you prepare to launch, you’ll get help with van wraps, inventory, and customer setup to ensure your launch is smooth and efficient.

Step 5: Welcome, Deliver, and Grow

Review and complete the franchise contract to formally join the Wally’s family. Then with training, support, and your territory in hand, you’re ready to deliver sustainable bottled water to homes, businesses, and local events on your schedule.

Our quick-start marketing plan helps you capture new clients with ease. With recurring revenue, referrals, and the option to expand your route, growth is easy! Just water your business and watch it grow!

FAQ

  • Federal trade commission and state franchise sales regulations do not allow franchisors to provide profit projections. However, if you become a qualified candidate, we would be happy to share our franchise disclosure document (FDD). The FDD will highlight our historical sales from our franchised locations.

  • While it can’t hurt to have business management experience, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who share our dedication and passion for providing top quality water to their communities. We can teach you and your team the rest!

  • No, you will be responsible for financing. We would be happy to introduce you to lenders and financing brokers who are familiar with our business.

  • The term is 10 years, with renewal options for an additional 5 or 10 years.

  • Yes, you are able to own multiple locations. In fact, many of our owners have chosen to purchase more than one location. You can start with multiple locations or purchase additional territories as your business grows.
